Swedish Finn Historical Society

Founded in 1991 by descendants of Swedish-speaking Finns, the Swedish Finn Historical Society preserves the emigration stories of the Swedish-speaking minority of Finland (Finlandssvenskar) and connects descendants to their roots in Finland and Åland. The research library at the Swedish Club building includes archival holdings with records from The Order of Runeberg. The society offers genealogy research, cultural programs, and educational resources.
