Floridian Finnish Heritage (Finlandia Foundation Florida Chapter)

The Florida chapter of Finlandia Foundation, the largest private source of support for Finnish culture in the United States. The gathering place has a history dating to the 1930s when Florida began attracting winter visitors with Finnish roots. Originally called the Finnish Tourist Club in the 1940s, the organization preserves and promotes Finnish cultural heritage through events and community gatherings.
