SwedeDISH Food Truck

Florida's only food truck serving authentic Swedish cuisine, owned and operated by Viveca and Håkan Averstedt. Håkan hand-customized an ex-NASA truck into SwedeDISH, serving Swedish meatballs, tunnbrödsrulle (flatbread wraps), the Ragnarok Burger, and Swedish pastry pies at breweries and events throughout the Orlando area.
