Danish Mill Bakery

Opened on September 17, 1960, the Danish Mill Bakery traces its roots to Copenhagen, Denmark, where the Petersen family started baking in 1940 and supplied baked goods for King Christian X of Denmark. The family immigrated to the US in 1957 and opened the Solvang location three years later.
