Byen Bakeri

A Norwegian-owned Scandinavian bakery in Seattle's north Queen Anne neighborhood offering an enormous range of Nordic treats including Kringle, boller, smørrebrød, cookies, cakes, pastries, quiche, and bread. Their house Royal Croissant — soaked in brandy, filled with almond paste, and baked a second time — is a standout. The name 'Byen' means 'the city' in Norwegian.
